Introduction

At HaalaPerfumes, we aim to deliver genuine products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Replacements

- We accept return requests only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

- The return must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories/manuals intact.
- A courier box opening video showing the product serial number is mandatory for all return requests. This helps us verify the condition of the product and prevents fraud.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

1. Record a video while opening the courier box, clearly showing the product serial number.
2. Call our customer service team at +91-9501954010 to raise your return request.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
4. Once the return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund.

Note:

- Minor scratches or marks that do not affect functionality are not considered valid reasons for return.
- Products tested during QC may carry identification marks, which do not qualify for replacement or return.

Order Cancellation

- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- To cancel, please call us directly at +91-9501954010.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Process

- Our refund process is completely manual. We do not use wallet credits.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method (depending on feasibility).
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- No automatic refunds or wallet credits are provided.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at haalastoreindia@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
